The DNA Employee Performance Report provides a unique measurement of your Employee Sustainable Performance Index which is a weighted assimilation of your current employee performance scores across the 7 key areas bench-marked based on population data. This measurement will provide additional clarity on your relative work place performance compared to others, and is a basis for determining the direction and level of coaching needed to reach top performance.
In addition, the DNA Employee Performance Report uniquely blends in your natural behavior style using our intelligent processes. The natural behavior insights are used to provide the key strengths and struggles and coaching insights to develop your workplace performance.
